Use of SproutIQ

SproutIQ provides business opportunity intelligence based on public records, public business information, vendor-fit analysis, and related commercial inferences.

You may use SproutIQ only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service or misuse opportunity data.

No guarantee of outcomes

SproutIQ does not guarantee that any opportunity will result in a sale, reply, contract, purchase, or confirmed need.

Opportunity previews and dossiers are informational business intelligence, not legal, regulatory, financial, engineering, or compliance advice.

Facts and inferences

SproutIQ may distinguish source-backed facts from interpretations, scores, timing reads, vendor-fit explanations, and other inferences.

You are responsible for verifying any opportunity, contact, compliance issue, or business need before acting on it.

Unlocked dossiers

Unlocked opportunity materials may include company identity, source records, evidence links, contact information, and suggested outreach context.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, unlocked dossiers are for your internal business evaluation and outreach use and may not be resold, republished, scraped, or redistributed.

Anti-circumvention

SproutIQ previews, free leads, masked listings, unlock links, dossiers, and related communications may not be used to avoid paying for a lead or to bypass SproutIQ after receiving enough information to identify, pursue, or monetize the opportunity.

You may not use a free lead, preview, partial disclosure, trial access, or unlocked dossier to directly or indirectly contact, sell to, refer, broker, assign, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit the identified opportunity outside the applicable SproutIQ purchase, credit, subscription, or exclusivity terms.

If we reasonably determine that you or your organization used SproutIQ information to circumvent a required purchase, payment, upgrade, or exclusivity path, you agree to pay the full then-current price for the applicable lead, dossier, upgrade, or protected opportunity, plus a 45% circumvention fee, in addition to any other remedies available under these Terms or law.

Payments

If paid unlocks or subscriptions are offered, pricing and purchase terms will be shown at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Taxes, refunds, credits, and cancellations will be handled according to the purchase terms shown for the applicable offer. Billing questions can be sent to billing@sproutiq.io.

Acceptable use

You may not use SproutIQ to violate law, send unlawful messages, harass others, reverse engineer protected previews, bypass access controls, or overload the service.

We may suspend or limit access if we believe use of SproutIQ creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.

Intellectual property

SproutIQ, the website, scoring, presentation, generated analysis, branding, and related materials are owned by Silver Lion Holdings or its licensors.

Public-source records remain subject to their original source rights and terms.

Disclaimers and limits

SproutIQ is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silver Lion Holdings will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of SproutIQ.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SproutIQ after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
